At the Grandview Kids Foundation, we host several highly successful events throughout the year. We are also lucky to be chosen as a charity to support for many third-party fundraisers in our community. The Foundation’s dedicated volunteers play crucial roles in making them successful. From assisting with registration and silent auctions to leading children’s activities, volunteers enhance the experience for our guests. By becoming a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to connect with our compassionate community of supporters.
We are deeply grateful for the invaluable support of our exceptional community partners, who organize various third-party fundraisers to benefit our organization. In addition to these collaborative efforts, we proudly host our own signature events, such as the annual Golf Fore Grandview Kids Charity Golf Classic and our esteemed awards gala, Dream Big, Dream Brighter: Making the Future a Brighter Place, in partnership with Elexicon Energy.

Formal and informal recognition
The Grandview Kids Foundation has many external communication resources that we utilize to recognize our incredible volunteers! Make sure you sign up for our monthly newsletter, Believe by Grandview Kids Foundation, and follow us on social media in order to keep up to date!
Community service hours
If you are a current high-school student in Durham Region, we can offer community service hours! Please include your interest in community service hours when applying and we can communicate with you about future opportunities!

Through our incredible partnership with Grandview Kids, Grandview Kids Foundation staff and volunteers are continually learning about the incredible families that we serve and the important programs and services being updated and added at the Centre. Ongoing support and guidance from staff
At Grandview Kids Foundation, we recognize the importance of team work! When executing a task or being present for an activity, there will always be a staff member or Foundation volunteer to support your needs.
Comprehensive training
After signing up as a Foundation volunteer, our Community Engagement and Donor Relations Officer will communicate with you based on the needs of your engagament with the Foundation’s events. Do not fret, the Foundation will prepare you for your role as a volunteer to ensure you are comfortable and prepared to represent Grandview Kids Foundation!
